Jim Astill

Jim is the PSPS Chairman. Jim joined the PSPS Board in June 2023. He is also a Councillor for South Holland District Council.

Richard Fry

Richard is the PSPS Vice Chairman. Richard joined the PSPS board June 2019. He is also a Councillor for East Lindsey District Council.

Adrian Sibley

Adrian joined the PSPS Board in February 2024. He is also the Deputy Chief Executive (Programme Delivery) for the South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership.

Jill Makinson-Sanders

Jill joined the PSPS Board in June 2023.  She is also a Councillor for East Lindsey District Council.

Chris Brewis

Chris joined the PSPS Board in December 2022.  He is also a Councillor for South Holland District Council.

Jason King

Jason joined the PSPS Board in February 2024. He is also the Assistant Director of Housing for the South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership.

David Middleton

David joined the PSPS Board in June 2024. He is also a Councillor for Boston Borough Council.

Paul Gleeson

Paul joined the PSPS Board in June 2023. He is also a Councillor for Boston Borough Council.

Joanne Brigham

Joanna joined the PSPS Board in July 2024. She is appointed as an independent non-executive Director.
