Communications and Marketing Lead
Salary: Up to £26,139, dependent upon experience
Hours: 37 per week
Location: Based at either Spalding or Manby with occasional travel expected
Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays
Pension: Local Government CARE Pension Scheme - 21.8% employer contribution rate
About the role:
Public Sector Partnership Services are a high performing Local Authority Trading Company (LatCo), owned by East Lindsey District Council and South Holland District Council and with ambitions to grow and provide high quality services to other Councils.

As our Communications and Marketing Lead you will have a broad remit to develop how we engage with our employees, stakeholders, the public, and prospective partners. You will be responsible for:
Supporting in developing and implementing a Communications and Marketing Strategy
Leading the development and improvement of the company intranet and internet sites
Promoting PSPS externally as an employer of choice
Communicating and engaging with our excellent and high performing staff
Coordinating and project managing important company events, such as our annual awards presentation evening
The right person for this role will ideally have at least 2 years' experience of working in communications and/or marketing related role, but we would consider a recent graduate or similar qualified person looking for a development opportunity, providing you can demonstrate a fantastic attitude to working, a creative mind and the confidence to make positive change happen.
