Salary: £16,763 - £18,946 per annum (Grade 3)
Hours: 37 per week
Location: Manby and Customer Access Points in the district
Contract: Permanent
Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays
Pension: Local Government CARE Pension Scheme - 21.8% employer contribution rate

Customer Contact Assistant:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a multisite Customer Contact environment. The position will be based at Manby and the Customer Access Points (CAPs) in the district as there will be requirements to provide planned cover across sites.  This role will involve dealing with public enquiries through both telephony, face to face and email, as well as general administration roles.  Working with both social media and self-service options available to customers that Customer Contact supports.

About You:

You will have a good standard of education with grade C or above in Maths, English & ICT. Experience of Microsoft applications, web based applications and effective communication skills are essential for this role; as is previous experience in a customer environment. Own transport and a full driving license is also essential.  Successful applicants must be able to work using initiative both on their own and as part of a team and be both flexible and adaptable to service requirements and change. Part-time working may be considered.
