Customer Contact Assistant (Spalding)

£16,763 - £18,946 per annum (Grade 3)
37 hours per week (Part-time applicants who work full days will also be considered)
Spalding, Lincolnshire

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a multisite Customer Contact environment within Public Sector Partnership Services.  The position will be based at Spalding but there may be requirements to travel to other sites.  This role will involve dealing with public enquiries through both telephony, face to face and email, as well as general administration roles.  Involvement with both social media and self-service options available to customers that Customer Contact supports.

You will have a good standard of education with Grade C or above in Maths, English & ICT; Experience of Microsoft applications, web based applications and effective communication skills are essential for this role; as is previous experience in a customer environment. Own transport and a full driving licence is also essential.  You must be able to work using initiative, independently and as part of a team and be both flexible and adaptable to service requirements and change. Part-time applicants who work full days will also be considered.
