  • Up to £30,333 per annum

An exciting opportunity to work for PSPS, supporting one of our clients, South Holland District Council with the following:

  • Leading on employee relations including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, service reviews and performance improvement;

  • Transformation and change projects;

  • Reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures;

  • Support and provide advice to managers and employees and act as an advisor for compliance on HR policies;

We need a talented, innovative and passionate individual to join our small, friendly team and although a background in local government or public sector would be helpful, this is not essential.
